Public share links only
The service accepts public ChatGPT share links. Do not attempt to use it against private conversation URLs, authenticated sessions, or any endpoint that requires credentials.
You are responsible for the content you process
By pasting a link you confirm you have the right to process the conversation it contains, including any personal data, confidential material, or third-party content within it.
No affiliation with OpenAI
Export Your Chats is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT and OpenAI are trademarks of their respective owner.
No guarantee of availability or compatibility
The service is provided as is, without warranty. It may be unavailable, rate limited, or temporarily unable to process particular conversations.
Upstream format changes
Retrieval depends on the structure of publicly shared pages, which can change without notice. When that happens exports may fail until the parser is updated. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Prohibited use
Do not use the service for bulk automated scraping, to circumvent access controls, to process content you are not permitted to handle, or in any way that disrupts the service for others. Access may be limited or withdrawn for abuse.
